These small, modular detector probes and instruments are ideal for the lab
bench, production test bed or on board your laser. Select Si, Ge and InGaAs
photodiodes or Pyroelectric detectors to cover the spectrum from DUV to
FAR IR and even the THz region. Plug the probes into an analog power
supply (APM) for use with oscilloscopes and lock-in amplifiers, or plug
them into a digital USB-based electronic module (DPM) for powerful PC
control. LabView software and drivers provide dual channel and single
channel measurement. Measure from fJ to mJ and pW to mW. |

This ultra-precise radiometer employs a large area, broadband pyroelectric hybrid detector packaged with a single-stage TE Cooler to control its temperature to 0.05° C from 20 to 30° C. As a result, the voltage response of the STEP-45 probe is stable to 0.01% over the same temperature range. Further, a black absorbing coating is spectrally flat from 0.25 to 15µm. The system is an excellent IR calibration standard for broadband or spectral measurements. Measure from 10 nW to 10 mW. JUST ADDED: STEP-45 and STEP-49 |
